is Sarah Boustead who has much experience in organising group parties and country entertainment. In her London days she promoted the Purple Debating Society and ran a Hollywood Celebrity's house briefly when in California.. These days she loves riding.
The Dartmoor pony
Indigenous to Dartmoor for several thousand years its numbers have declined from 25000 in the 1930s to aless than 5000 today. With great stamina they were used extensively for quarrying and mining on the Moor. Between 1789 and 1832 they were crossed with Shetlands for extra hardiness.
The club house - Pound house
The club house is 1000 square foot adapted barn with seating area and Bar and Dining area on the mezzanine floor with parking for 4-5 cars.
Dartmoor tours
Tours around Dartmoor in our 6 seater land Rover. The colours and aspect of the Moor can change with the weather and an autumn morning's mist can be as beautiful as a hot summer's day.

Fishing at Kennick Trout fishery
Kennick provides Rainbow and Brown Trout and a larger size fish is likely to be caught due to stocking but good sport and a scenic calm environment is assured.

Fly Fishing on the river Exe
Fish on our own beat on the Exe known as one of the best salmon rivers in Southern England. Some joke it saves them having to travel to Scotland! Brown trout, salmon, Sea-Trout and even grayling can all be caught here.
